WK14 Fantasy Football IDP NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sits

by | Dec 13, 2020

Welcome to the Fantasy Football WK14 IDP NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts presented by GridironRatings.com Where the only original and proven IDP start/sit chart “cheat sheets” via The IDP Tipster can be found. And yes, there are a few imitators, but there is only one true original five-step formula IDP tactical tool. A formula with a well-tested history for over a decade and a proven high-hit rate in IDP play well before sharing it with the public four years ago. And all of that history and relevancy is only available here for G.R. fantasy football family members.

Individual Defensive Players

Fantasy Football WK14 IDP NFC Interior D-Lineman

Disclaimer: We do not suggest “reaching” for higher designated players over available known studs!

The NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts contain all the interior defensive lineman in both NFL defensive schemes.

If you are looking for names like Joey Bosa, Nick Bosa, or Danielle Hunter…

Those are defensive ends in the NFL’s 4-3 defensive scheme and are now located with the 3-4 schemed Outside Linebackers in the new Edge Rusher charts. So if you do not see your player’s name, and unsure as to why. They likely can be found there, where we apply an even deeper formula to get these weekly start/sits right for IDP sack-heavy formats.

NOTICE – Chart Key Marking Fine-Tuning Update

This was not applied to all the charts yet but will be by WK6. We are using a new STAR method this year that needed a better user-friendly feel.

Avoid Weak
1/5
Barley Solid
2/5
Firm Solid
3/5
Really Solid
4/5
Firm Strong
5/5

Questionable (?)  –  Out (O)

Doubtful  –  (D)  –  Injured Reserve (IR)

NFC North

Bears Interior D-Lineman

Akiem Hicks
3/5
Bilal Nichols
2.5/5
Brent Urban
2/5
Roy Robertson-Harris (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Texans.

Lions Interior D-Lineman

Da’Shawn Hand (?)
1.5/5
Nick Williams
1.5/5
John Penisihi (?)
1.5/5
Danny Shelton (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Packers.

Packers Interior D-Lineman

Kenny Clark
3/5
Kingsly Keke
2.5/5
Dean Lowry
2.5/5
Tyler Lancaster
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Lions. And be careful if chasing points from last week, Lowery (50%) and Keke (40%) did not play full-time last contest. And Clark is risky where he is marked as teams continue to double team him, hence the other guy’s production.

Vikings Interior D-Lineman

Jaleel Johnson
2/5
Jaylin Holms
2/5
Shamar Stephen
1.5/5
Armon Watts
1.5/5
Michael Pierce (O)

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Buccaneers.

NFC south

Falcons Interior D-Lineman

Grady Jarrett
4/5
Tyeler Davison
3/5
Allen Bailey
2.5/5
Marlon Davidson
2/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Chargers.

Panthers Interior D-Lineman

Derrick Brown
1.5/5
Zach Kerr
1.5/5
Bravvion Roy
1/5
Kawann Short (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Broncos.

Saints Interior D-Lineman

Sheldon Rankins
2.5/5
David Onyemata
2.5/5
Malcolm Brown (O)
2/5
Shy Tuttle
2/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Eagles. Rankins returning will affect Onyemata’s role. But with Brown out both of these players should see a lot of snaps. The thing is that the Eagles aren’t nearly as soft on the interior as they are off the edge.

Buccaneers Interior D-Lineman

Ndamukong Suh
4/5
William Gholston
3/5
Rakeem Nunez-Roches
0/5
Vita Vea (O)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Vikings.

NFC East

Cowboys Interior D-Lineman

Gerald McCoy (O)
0/5
Trysten Hill
2/5
Tyrone Crawford
2/5
Antwaun Woods
2/5
Neville Gallimore
2/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As normal, this squad’s total body of work barely registers in our process with the formula. And no matter what the matchup brings to the formula, they remain avoids versus the Bengals. And that’s despite the fact the Bengals are pretty friendly in the interior.

Anyone wondering why the Cowboy’s defense “looks” good but isn’t? It starts right here with the interior lineman and trickles outward.

Giants Interior D-Lineman

Leonard Williams
3/5
Dalvin Tomlinson
2/5
Dexter Lawrence
1.5/5
B.J. Hill
1/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: This squad was really hitting their stride as a unit mid-season. But that’s not the case now, so Williams is our only target versus the Cardinals this week.

Eagles Interior D-Lineman

Fletcher Cox
2.5/5
Javon Hargrave
1.5/5
Malik Jackson
1.5/5
Hassan Ridgeway (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Saints. And yes we know that the Saints are running the ball more with Hill at QB. And they have increase allowing production to a few key positions. But the interior DL isn’t one of them as they get the guy with the ball past the first line of defense more often than they don’t.

Washington’s Interior D-Lineman

Jonathan Allen
3.5/5
Daron Payne
3.5/5
Tim Settle
1.5/5
Matt Ioannidis (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the 49ers. And we should expect a nice bounce-back contest for Allen.

NFC West

Cardinals Interior D-Lineman

Jordan Phillips
2.5/5
Angelo Blackson
2.5/5
Zach Allen
1/5
Corey Peters (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Giants. With Phillips back, this unit gets a boost. But it won’t help much on the interior this week as the Giants allow everything off the edge instead.

Rams Interior D-Lineman

Aaron Donald
0/5
Michael Brockers
0/5
Sebastian Joseph-Day (?)
0/5
Morgan Fox
0/5
A’Shawn Robinson
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: Played Thursday.

49ers Interior D-Lineman

Javon Kinlaw
3/5
Kentavius Street
1.5/5
D.J. Jones (D)
0/5
Kevin Givens (O)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus Washington. And noting that Givens may not be marked as out on some sites. But according to the reports he is attending to some personal family matters and will not play.

As for the remaining two, and whoever they bump up to rotate in, we are likely looking at their ceilings marked.

Seahawks Interior D-Lineman

Jarran Reed
3.5/5
Poona Ford
3/5
Bryan Mone
2/5
Jonathan Bullard
0.5/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Jets. And as we’ve seen anyone can overachieve on any mark versus the Jet’s O-line recently.
