Welcome to the Fantasy Football WK11 IDP NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts presented by GridironRatings.com Where the only original and proven IDP start/sit chart “cheat sheets” via The IDP Tipster can be found. And yes, there are a few imitators, but there is only one true original five-step formula IDP tactical tool. A formula with a well-tested history for over a decade and a proven high-hit rate in IDP play well before sharing it with the public four years ago. And all of that history and relevancy is only available here for G.R. fantasy football family members.

Individual Defensive Players

Fantasy Football WK11 IDP NFC Interior D-Lineman

Disclaimer: We do not suggest “reaching” for higher designated players over available known studs!

The NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts contain all the interior defensive lineman in both NFL defensive schemes.

If you are looking for names like Joey Bosa, Nick Bosa, or Danielle Hunter…

Those are defensive ends in the NFL’s 4-3 defensive scheme and are now located with the 3-4 schemed Outside Linebackers in the new Edge Rusher charts. So if you do not see your player’s name, and unsure as to why. They likely can be found there, where we apply an even deeper formula to get these weekly start/sits right for IDP sack-heavy formats.

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Saints and adding that it’s Jarrett’s upside that got him marked as he is. It’s a divisional contest Jarrett has a history of doing very well in, don’t be shocked if he overachieves.

Panthers Interior D-Lineman

Derrick Brown
3.5/5
Zach Kerr
2.5/5
Bravvion Roy
2.5/5
Kawann Short (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Lions and adding, when the matchup is right, Brown normally has been on par. And this week on paper, it looks right as rain.

Saints Interior D-Lineman

David Onyemata
3/5
Malcolm Brown
2.5/5
Shy Tuttle
0.5/5
Sheldon Rankins (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Falcons. And adding that it was upside that got Onyemata bumped up. With Rankins on I.R. and how the Saints have adjusted by using DE Hendrickson within the interior, it’s made this squad better. And that trickles down to Onyemata.

Buccaneers Interior D-Lineman

Ndamukong Suh
3.5/5
William Gholston
3/5
Rakeem Nunez-Roches
2/5
Vita Vea (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Rams. And adding that there is upside to this we can’t add that the Rams bring into the formula. So, don’t hesitate here, there is likely more to the story.

NFC East

Cowboys Interior D-Lineman

Gerald McCoy (O)
0/5
Trysten Hill
2/5
Tyrone Crawford
2/5
Antwaun Woods
2/5
Neville Gallimore
2/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Vikings. And adding, when across the board all you players average just 1.5 combined tackles apiece, per contest, it really hampers the formula results. Even if on paper normally, the Vikings bring decent numbers into the fold.

Giants Interior D-Lineman

Dalvin Tomlinson
0/5
Leonard Williams
0/5
Dexter Lawrence
0/5
B.J. Hill
0/5

Eagles Interior D-Lineman

Fletcher Cox
3.5/5
Javon Hargrave
2.5/5

Hassan Ridgeway (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Browns.

Washington’s Interior D-Lineman

4.5/5
Daron Payne
3.5/5
Tim Settle
2.5/5
Matt Ioannidis (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Bengals. And noting, as strong as it is, keep in mind that it is just as strong for the Washington edge rushers Young and Sweat. And those two are really good players when the matchups are right, on average. So there will only be so much IDP meat on the bone and to be divided up between the entire front facing a lackluster Bengals O-line.

NFC West

Cardinals Interior D-Lineman

Angelo Blackson
0/5
Zach Allen (IR)
0/5
Jordan Phillips (IR)
/5
Corey Peters (IR)
0/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: Played Thursday and now all the original starters are on the I.R. And we’ll restack this section next week.

Rams Interior D-Lineman

Aaron Donald
3/5
Michael Brockers
2.5/5
Sebastian Joseph-Day
2/5
Morgan Fox
2/5
A’Shawn Robinson
2/5

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Buccaneers and keep in mind that as bad of a man Arnold is, we found out this year he isn’t always matchup proof. And in this one, it was his upside that got him where he was marked as it’s a pretty tough matchup on paper as a designated DT. But considering what the Bucs allow right outside off the edge, he should be fine and just may overachieve.
