Welcome to the Fantasy Football WK10 IDP NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts presented by GridironRatings.com Where the only original and proven IDP start/sit chart “cheat sheets” via The IDP Tipster can be found. And yes, there are a few imitators, but there is only one true original five-step formula IDP tactical tool. A formula with a well-tested history for over a decade and a proven high-hit rate in IDP play well before sharing it with the public four years ago. And all of that history and relevancy is only available here for G.R. fantasy football family members.

Needing to split those IDP hairs between two or more players with the same color code? Besides our great Player Ratings located in the main menu, our Oddsmakers IDP tactical tools were originally intended to do just that. And they are located on our The IDP Tipster member page or perhaps even on our main article page.
Disclaimer: We do not suggest “reaching” for higher designated players over available known studs!

NEW! THE ORIGINAL START/SIT CHARTS AND ODDSMAKER “IN TANDEM TUTORIAL” ARTICLE
Fantasy Football WK10 IDP
The NFC Interior Defensive Lineman Start/Sit Cheat Sheet Charts contain all the interior defensive lineman in both NFL defensive schemes.
If you are looking for names like Joey Bosa, Nick Bosa, or Danielle Hunter…
Those are defensive ends in the NFL’s 4-3 defensive scheme and are now located with the 3-4 schemed Outside Linebackers in the new Edge Rusher charts. So if you do not see your player’s name, and unsure as to why. They likely can be found there, where we apply an even deeper formula to get these weekly start/sits right for IDP sack-heavy formats.

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus Washingon and adding that any “starter” has upside we haven’t added. As an example, a couple had “just” solid results last week when they should have been more solid. Consistency along with the situation of how the Lions deployed the DLs last week has us just giving them what is on paper. At least based on what the player’s as individuals have accomplished this far. So, anything at the mid point is “barely” just solid.
Packers Interior D-Lineman

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Jaguars. And adding, Clark has been double-teamed big time by the opposing teams since returning from the I.R. But the guy is a beast and we are still going to give him what is on paper. On the flip side of that double-teaming, that has opened a few more opportunities for a couple of the other players when the matchup has been right.
With that said, as marked and with upside, we can’t figure out if we should add or not. And a warning on Clark if you have other options with players that are studs like him.

See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: As marked versus the Bears and adding that the two mid marks are “barely” just solid. And the two firm solids have upside we will not add. That is based on the idea of what the Bears bring to the results and not the player’s season averages.

☆☆☆☆☆ 0.5/5
Sheldon Rankins (IR)
☆☆☆☆☆ 0/5
See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: These main two overachieved with Rankins on the I.R. last contest. And it likely has something to do with the Saints using Hendrickson in the mix now on the interior line. For that reason, we’ve given them the benefit of the doubt in this result. Just know that on paper, at best, it’s just solid. And we are watching to see if we have the same effect with Hendrickson in there again this week. The thing is, by the time we figure it out, does Rankins return and change the entire landscape again.
Buccaneers Interior D-Lineman
Ndamukong Suh
☆☆☆☆☆ 3/5
William Gholston
☆☆☆☆☆ 3/5
Rakeem Nunez-Roches
☆☆☆☆☆ 2/5
Vita Vea (IR)
☆☆☆☆☆ 0/5
See New Chart Key Above -Advice/Note: First off, we would like to apologize to anyone about Gholsion last week. When we did the charts it certainly looked like it was marked he had been called out for the contest. And of course, he had one heck of a game in the process. We aren’t sure if we simply mistakenly saw an “O” when it was a “Q”, or what. But please know we are going to try and make sure this doesn’t happen again.
So, on paper, this isn’t as solid as we have marked versus the Panthers. And it’s the players’ upside and the additional upside of having the Edge Rushers they have added in that got them where they are. And we won’t be shocked if either player, even both, could overachieve this week. We just can’t add that much upside into the formula because it will distort the actual matchup on paper.
